James MacGregor Burns describes values as modes of conduct by which human enterprises should be conducted.

Rushworth Kidder interviewed two dozen “men and women of conscience” to identity their views on the common values that can guide a troubled world through what promises to be a tumultuous future. They came up with the following eight.

Why The Value Minute® Works

It does not dictate a message or lead its audience.

It's inclusive, non-sectarian & non-partisan.

It allows individuals to think for themselves.

FACT: People are more likely to practice what is internalized on their own versus being directed or advised by an external authority.
